I attended the first London Vintage Wedding Fair in Notting Hill with my Mum. I had already been to a couple of traditional Wedding Fairs but ended up coming away less than inspired each time. My mum found out about the London Vintage Wedding Fair whilst searching for ideas on the internet and we decided to go in search of fresh ideas and some vintage inspiration.

We had a brilliant day and I found the most perfect wedding dress, as well as lots of ideas for accessories and decorations. I also picked up a CD for ‘Down for the Count,’ a superb band who we booked as soon as we heard them. They also provided the music for our ceremony and they were very helpful in the run up to the big day.

I got married on 30th July this year and the London Vintage Wedding Fair really helped make my Wedding Day everything I’d hoped it would be. The selection of dresses and accessories was incredible and the prices were very reasonable. After trying on many beautiful dresses I found my perfect dress, an ivory 1960s full length design, which fitted perfectly and had the most gorgeous detailing. The atmosphere inside the fair was relaxed and all the sellers were very helpful.

I would recommend the Vintage Wedding Fair for anyone looking to add some vintage style to the big day!
